Hello Parents and Leaders,

 

We are very excited for your youth to attend Youth Conference this weekend!

 

If you have not already returned the attached Permission & Medical Release and the Climbing Waiver please print them out and have your youth bring them tomorrow evening. Our Conference begins at 5:00pm at the FW Stake Center.

Also, attached is the packing list, (youth can bring a swimming suit and towel or other clothing they may want to use at the community center). Remember to have them download the Family Tree App and bring their Church username and password.

 

We are strongly, encouraging the youth NOT to drive. If they choose to drive, they will only be able to drive themselves and a sibling.

There will be no leaving cars at the stake center overnight.

And there will be very little parking available at the Aquatic Center. They are expecting hundreds of competitors and their families.

If your youth are not staying overnight with host families, we strongly encourage parents to drop them off at the Aquatic Center. Youth can check in with Stake Leaders at the NE corner of the parking lot. We have planned to transport all the youth from the Aquatic Center back to the Stake Center Saturday afternoon. Youth can then be picked up by their families at 4:00pm from the Stake Center.
